make real Karoo style Droewors for real South Africans, no skipping on

Our award winning recipe starts
with a batch of our proprietary blend of spices. Then our select beef
and lamb is cut, ground and encased in lamb casings before being hung to
air dry with care. Each Bledie Lekker pound of droewors is subsequently
hand selected and packaged to order.
