Our South African award winning recipe starts with a batch of our proprietary blend of spices. Our 100% USDA approved beef and pork is then hand selected before being cut, ground, cased and vacuum packed to seal in the freshness.

All Bledie Lekker boerewors is gluten free and free of artificial flavorings.

Boerewors can only be shipped via Overnight Air shipping (usually delivery by 3pm) or and orders must be placed by midnight on Tuesday to be received by the following Friday. Our boerewors is shipped in state-of-the-art insulated containers with ice packs to keep the boerewors bledie lekker and in the best of conditions.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Box numbers so please provide a physical shipping address (Next Day Ground shipping which is much more economical than Air is also available to the following destinations: All of NC, SC, northern GA, southern VA and eastern TN - we will adjust your shipping to allow for these savings once your order has been placed.)
Please also ensure that someone is available at the shipping address submitted to receive and sign for the package.
